Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:  

As a Maintenance Technician at Peachtree Restaurant Partners, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. You will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to keep our restaurants in top condition, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment, conducting preventive maintenance, and assisting with facility improvement projects. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to providing a pleasant and safe environment for our customers and staff. 

This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from a suitable home office, with the expectation of maintaining regular communication and availability during business hours. 


Responsibilities:  

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC system checks, plumbing repairs, and electrical troubleshooting. 
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal functionality. 
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from restaurant staff and address issues efficiently. 
  • Assist with the installation of new equipment and fixtures as needed. 
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management. 
  • Participate in safety inspections and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations. 
  • Support facility improvement projects, such as renovations and upgrades, under the guidance of the maintenance supervisor. 

Qualifications:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Proven experience in maintenance or a related field. 
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. 
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required. 
  • Must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish
